UCAT Registration Now Open

As of this afternoon, registrations and bookings are now open for the UCAT.
MedEntry strongly recommend that our students register and book ASAP and early in the testing window.

Step 1: Account Registration
To create a new account go to the Pearson VUE account registration page.
For your account you are required to use your legal name exactly how it will appear on the photo ID that you will present on arrival at the test centre, so make sure you don’t make any mistakes when filling in the registration form. Page 1 of the registration asks for your title, full name that appear on the ID and any suffixes, along with your email address. Page 2 will ask for your address and phone number. Page 3 asks you to choose a username, password and security questions for your account.
Registration closes on the 11 May 2020 at 11:59pm AEST.
A Pearson VUE account is required to book into a test. Multiple accounts are not permitted so make sure you get all the details correct.
Step 2: Booking a test
Bookings open and close at the same time as registrations
Once logged into your account you will need to book your exam, UCAT ANZ: UCAT Australia and New Zealand.
The first page will allow you to access a copy of the testing policies and price, which doesn’t include local taxes which may be applicable.
Once you click on schedule an exam you will be asked some questions concerning your education and circumstances. Once answered you will be asked to choose a test centre. Not all test centres will have dates available so you may have to select a few options. Once a session has been selected you will be required to review your choices before payment.

Access Arrangements
If you require any special access arrangements you will need to apply by 4 May 2020 at 5pm AEST.
The application for special access arrangements needs to be done before you book yourself into an exam.
Step 1: Create your Pearson VUE account.
Step 2: Go to https://www.ucat.edu.au/access-arrangements/ and fill in the online form there, attaching any required supporting documentation.
Step 3: Receive email notification of Access Arrangement application outcome within 5 working days.
All applications for access arrangements will be processed within 5 working days and notification will be sent by email.

UCAT ANZ Concession Scheme.
If you are eligible for a concession after you register your Pearson VUE account, you will need to submit the UCAT ANZ Cocession Application Form by 5pm AEST on the 4 May 2020.
If a concession is granted you should receive a concession voucher number that you can use at the checkout within 2 working days.
