There are two main reasons why this may occur:
1. You have registered on one MedEntry website and are filling out the forgot username/password form on a different MedEntry website. Please ensure you have registered and are logging into the correct website (This site is www.medentry.edu.au)
2. When you registered with MedEntry, the email address you entered was incorrect or incomplete. Please try to re-register with your correct email address. Alternatively, please contact us with your correct email address so we can change it on our system. We will also be able to provide you with a new password.
