The UCAT resources provided by MedEntry are much more challenging and realistic than those provided by others. Some other courses last only one to three days - MedEntry's lasts for up to 12 months or more. Since our course is by far the most popular, more able and motivated students enrol in our courses, so students have the unique opportunity to interact with more students on online forums and at the UCAT Course, thereby enhancing their thinking skills.
We realise that most of our students are in their final year of high school and are very busy. Our program is comprehensive and focussed on UCAT, which means you do not need to do any other preparation.
It is not the number of hours that you spend on UCAT preparation that is important - rather, it is what you do during that time which matters. The most efficient way to prepare is to complete a full length exam under timed conditions early in your preparation, identify your weakest areas, and work on them. In general, however, we suggest setting aside about 10% of your study time for UCAT preparation.
You will have access to the UCAT section of the Online Learning Platform until the end of the upcoming UCAT testing period (end of July), irrespective of the date of purchase (unless you have enrolled in a multiyear package). You will have access to other sections of the online learning platform (interview materials and university admissions resources) for a further 6 months afterwards.

Starting and finishing times are subject to change so you should refer to the email that is sent to you before your UCAT course for exact times.
The course aims to maximise the amount of time demonstrating principles, techniques and strategies to tackle the UCAT questions, and how best to use the online platform for UCAT Preparation. Students attending the workshop will therefore attempt a short Mock UCAT so that the lecturer can demonstrate techniques to optimise speed and accuracy.
A couple of days prior to your workshop, you will receive an email with details that outline the start/end times of your workshop.

UCAT Workshop
The pack contains a UCAT test simulation notebook and marker. The notebook and marker is modelled on the laminated notebook and marker provided at the live UCAT. Using this notebook and marker during your UCAT practice will help you get comfortable with this aspect of the UCAT test day experience.
Note: It is important that students make sure their postal address is up to date in their personal details so that the notebook and pen pack is not returned to MedEntry.
A group must consist of at least 2 members (you and at least one other). You can, however, invite more friends to join the group - up to a maximum of fifteen.
Please note that each member of your group must place an individual order, and must pay individually.
