Requesting questions for discussion
A major part of the course is nomination and discussion of questions that you find difficult. You can request that a question be discussed by clicking on the ‘Discuss Question’ button:
Questions will be included in the class if they are suitable for inclusion and illustrate an important principle. You can request a maximum of 3 questions for discussion per week.
3 Tips for getting the most from your classes
1. Request questions to be discussed
Discussion of difficult questions forms a major part of the course. If you come across a question on the online learning platform that you find difficult, we suggest that you request that it is discussed your class. Learning how an experienced tutor would approach the question is a very useful learning opportunity.
2. Ask questions and engage with the presenter
You will gain more from the session if you participate and ask questions. All classes have a dedicated time for questions and answers at the end of the session.
3. Complete the suggested homework
The best way to prepare for UCAT is to prepare regularly over a period of time. The weekly classes will help motivate you to do this by setting suggested homework every week (usually completion of a particular trial exam). We suggest you complete the homework to keep on track with your UCAT preparation.
