If you haven’t received an interview offer yet, you can still book and secure a date through the Interviews Live Events section of the Online Learning Platform. You can always change your date at a later stage.

You can purchase an additional mock interview session.

The uni specific information is linked to the mock that you choose. The uni specific information for that particular uni will only open once you have booked and attended that particular mock interview session.

The Casper test is an online test that aims to test a student in the following: collaboration, communication, empathy, fairness, ethics, motivation, problem solving, resilience and self-awareness.

Casper has two sections: a video section (with up to 4 scenarios) and a typed section (up to 7 scenarios). After watching a video, students are asked two questions. Students must record themselves answering each question and have one minute per question. In the written section, students are asked two questions per scenario. Students must type their answers within three and a half minutes for the two questions.

The test takes 65-85 minutes to complete.

The Casper test is crucial if you’re applying to Curtin medicine (undergraduate), Notre Dame (post graduate) or Wollongong (post graduate) because these universities use the results to choose which applicants to interview. By assessing how you would react to certain situations, the test helps schools find applicants that are best suited to a career in medicine.

You will be able to access the university-specific information and preparation resources for the university whose mock interview you have booked and attended. As each university has its own interview style, expectations, and selection criteria, we recommend completing a separate mock interview for each university you are applying to. This will give you valuable practice and help you feel more confident and prepared for each university’s interview. To access the resources for another university, you will need to purchase and attend an additional mock interview from either the website or the Online Learning Platform.
