Most problems with the App can be resolved by logging out of the App and logging back in again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us. Please let us know what you were doing / what feature you were accessing when the issue occurred, so we can investigate and resolve the issue faster.

Some skills trainers are compatible with the App. Others can be accessed on your phone by launching the online platform in your browser and navigating to the 'Train' section. Some skills trainers (such as the Calculator Keypad Trainer) cannot be used on the App, as the trainer is specifically designed to improve your ability to use a Keypad when operating the calculator.

Download the App from the App Store or Google Play, and then login with the email address you used to create your account on the MedEntry website. 

The authentication token lasts for 7 days. If you stay signed in for more than 7 days you will need to sign out and back in again to refresh.

You can complete UCAT exams on the App, but it is strongly recommended to complete UCAT exams on your computer or laptop for a more realistic experience of what the actual UCAT will be like.

The keypad trainer is only available on your computer, as it requires a keypad.

Yes, your results will be immediately synced to your progress on your computer.
